Your role
You are both a coach and strategist. You will provide significant input to our Data & Analytics service line by leading an area of development of our Dutch team. You shape our strategy and assist in the development of your colleagues. You liaise with clients on how they can set-up and implement data and/or analytics to improve their businesses. You work on a strategic level internally as well as externally but are also able to use your technical skills to further the company and our clients.
At BearingPoint, we work a bit different than regular consultancy companies. We have a wide variety of projects, we work together with other service lines, but most of all we work together with our clients. With colleagues of both BearingPoint and the client you identify the best (analytics) options for business challenges, prioritize different actions, manage projects to a good outcome, and develop the team in skills and capabilities.
Your responsibilities
As a Data & Analytics Lead you are responsible for managing and delivering advanced analytics projects and lead small teams of colleagues in delivery. You prepare and deliver a strategy that matches the skills and capabilities of BearingPoint with that of the market and our clients. You work together with other service lines (Technology, Customer & Growth, and People & Strategy) to align our offering to clients. You provide a key role in contacting existing and new clients through our and your network.
