To support the growth of our Technology team in Amsterdam we are looking for digital savvy people with an interest in IT Transformation projects.

Your responsibilities

As a Junior consultant IT Transformation at BearingPoint you’ll be executing challenging advice and implementation assignments on IT Transformation domain for various appealing clients in the Telecommunications, Energy and FMCG sectors. You will help shape digital transformations by assisting project management or leading your own workstream to reach the digital ambition the client in both agile and more traditional environments. Examples of possible assignments include the support of agile teams in roles such as Product Owner or Scrum Master or assisting project- and program managers in running IT Transformation projects and the corresponding organizational and cultural changes.

You will do this as part of multi-disciplinary teams building bridges between business and IT.



  • Master’s degree in Data Information Management, Engineering, Business, Computer Science or equivalent;
  • A shown interest in IT Transformation, project management and (cultural) change
  • Learning fast and eager to pick up new technologies;
  • Strong analytical skills, supplemented with a conceptual mindset;
  • Ability to empathize and well-developed listening skills;
  • A customer-, and results oriented and proactive attitude;
  • A representative appearance and proactive, independent attitude;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (fluent in Dutch and English).

Advantages to have:

  • Work experience or a shown interest in one of the mentioned sectors;
  • Certified in (agile) project management methodologies or a willingness to get certified in them.
