As a recruiter with a focus on technology, you are part of our motivated recruitment team and will be responsible for finding and attracting top talent for our consulting teams.

Our managers advise you on all recruitment matters. You approach candidates proactively and act as a networker in the consulting business to successfully win potential new hires for our company in the short and long term.

In addition, you will work on a variety of exciting projects in the field of graduate recruitment, employer branding, campaign management, social media and recruiting analytics.

Requirements

  • You are a passionate talent sourcer and have at least two years of experience in actively sourcing candidates via social media and career networks.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of the latest sourcing techniques, trends and tools.
  • You are a team player with a confident appearance and possess strong coordination and planning skills and you can easily adapt.
  • You are fluent in both, Dutch and English.
  • You don’t need to know everything! We are happy to further develop your recruiting skills.
